ROOSTH PRODUCTION COMPANY, P O BOX 8300, TYLER, TX 75711, is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation non-productive of oil or gas.

This applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the
WOODBINE FORMATION, O. L. GUY Lease, Well Number 3. The proposed disposal well is located 4.3 miles ESE of TYLER, in the LANE CHAPEL, W. (PALUXY B) Field, in SMITH County. Fluid waste will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 4,739 to 5,000 feet.

LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Requests for a public hearing from persons who can show they are adversely affected or requests for further information concerning any aspect of the application should be submitted in writing, within fifteen days of publication, to the Environmental Services Section, Oil and Gas Division, Railroad Commission of Texas, P.O. CANCELLATIONS:

Ads must be cancelled during office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Cancellations called in after the deadline for next editions will be cancelled the following edition.

EDITING AND ACCEPTING COPY:
The publisher reserves the right to edit copy as well as to not accept copy for publication.

ERRORS:
