June passed away on August 22, 2019 in Tyler.
June Venable Valliere was born January 29, 1950 in Tyler, Texas the daughter of John Andrew Venable and Sally Mae Walter Venable. She was a member of Tyler Christian Fellowship. She was a very talented artist who loved to paint and belonged to the Tyler Quilt Guild. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Nanetta, Alice, Sue and Margorie and brother Nolen.
She is survived by her loving husband Bob Valliere of Chandler; two sons, Robert Valliere Jr. of Tyler, Kenneth Valliere and wife Joanna of Sugar Land; brother Kenneth Andrew Venable and wife Jane of San Angelo; two sisters, Joan Corley of San Angelo, Jane Wilha and husband Conal; two grandchildren, Nicholas Andrew Valliere, Ashton Claire Valliere and numerous nieces and nephews.

The City of Tyler is accepting Audit Services Proposals, from qualified accounting firms to serve as the Citys external auditor for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 with the option of continuing audit and report preparation work for up to four (4) additional fiscal years beyond the initial engagement.

Robert Larry Whitaker
TYLER A celebration of life for Robert Larry Whitaker, 83, of Tyler will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Pollard United Methodist Church in Tyler. Rev. Richard Luna and H.O. Abbott will be officiating the service.
Larry was born December 23, 1935 in Oak Grove. LA and passed away on August 20, 2019. Larry is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mildred Whitaker and his beloved wife of 56 years, Betty Kelly Whitaker.
Larry was a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in mathematics. His career in data processing and computers spanned four decades, culminating in his retirement from Tyler Independent School District as Director of Management Services. One of his many career achievements includes writing the programs for the first internal memory computer outside of the Atomic Energy Commission.
Larry had many interests including golf and horses. Larry was a member of Pollard United Methodist Church and The Builders Sunday School class for 53 years.
His greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay Hardin. The family he was so proud of includes daughter Kathy Kapka and husband Robert of Whitehouse; daughter Julie McLean and husband Ron of Tyler; son Jeffrey D. Whitaker and wife Natalie of El Paso. He was known as Paw Paw and adored by his eight grandchildren: Taylor Hill, Kevin Kapka, Elliott Hill, Daniel Whitaker, Ali Whitaker, Sabine Whitaker, Craig McLean and Mark McLean. Larry was also loved by Kays children Misty and Greg Carroll of Lake Charles, LA and their son Sean Carroll and daughter Amber and Brandon Myers; Kelly McBride of Austin and her daughter Jordan McBride; Chris and Debby Hardin of Tyler and their sons Curtis Hardin, Jay Hardin and Chase Hardin. Larry was very blessed with seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his six grandsons. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Daughtry, Clyde Stewart, Titus Jones, Ken Powell, Frank Myrick, Craig Poole, Rick Maxey, Jim OToole, Mike Wyatt, Bob Gentry and the Builders Sunday School Class.

Henry Douglas Cain was born December 7, 1942 to G.D. and Lue Vera Lewis Cain in Palestine, Texas.
He was a 1961 graduate of Henry High School Elkhart, Texas. At an early age he united with the Pine Hill Baptist Church in Palestine, Texas. After moving to Tyler, Texas, he united with Mount Calvary Baptist Church. He served as a Deacon, trustee, president of the Brotherhood , Male Chorus and the Mens Sunday School class.
On December 7, 1968, he married the love of his life, Arie Jones to this union 3 children were born.
He was employed by Gulf/Chevron Texaco Company where he retired after 32 years of service.
H.D. was preceded in death by his parents, G.D. and Lue Vera Cain, one sister, three brothers a loving Mother-in-law Eleece Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Arie Jones Cain; Seven sons Darren Choice, Henry Fields, Michael Thompson, Henry Cain Jr., Kelvin Horace, James Cain, and Corey Cain. Three daughters Felicia Reece, Bonnie Lampkin, and Henrietta Spencer. 25 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. H.D. also leaves a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Richard Dean Rick Vick
NEW SUMMERFIELD Richard Dean Rick Vick, 68, of New Summerfield, TX, passed away on August 14, 2019, at his home. He was born March 27, 1951, in Grenada, MS, to Dr. Walter Dean Vick & Geraldine (Little) Arrington. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Jennifer Murphy-Vick of New Summerfield, TX; son Kristofer Vick & daughter-in-love Gina Winstead-Vick of Brandon, MS; daughter Lydia Anne Rutherford of Ft Gordon, GA; very special granddaughter Lydie Jean L. J. Vick; ex-wife & friend Lydie Vick of Brandon, MS; sister Dr. Gina Bray of Southhaven, MS; sister Patricia & brother-in-law Terry Jones of Coffeeville, MS; multiple nephews, nieces, great-nephews, & a great-niece. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Walter Dean Vick & Geraldine Arrington, step-father Carl Arrington, step-mother Hanna Harris, & brother Bill Arrington.
Rick graduated from Grenada, MS High School in 1969, then joined the Marines. Following his time in the service, he married Lydie & they had one son, Kristofer. In the early 1980s they moved to Jacksonville, TX, where he worked as a programmer & wrote software for Three Bell Brothers & later for Sysco/ TU Electric. In 1999, he moved back to MS to work for Arch Communications. On August 14, 2003 he married Jennifer, & moved back to TX in 2004. He went back to college to pursue a degree in theatre from TAMU-Commerce in the mid 2000s.
Rick loved theatre & was very active in multiple community & professional theatres throughout his adult life. He enjoyed acting with his friends & family at Cherokee Civic Theatre, Lake Country Playhouse, Black Rose Theatre Company, New Stage, & Theatre on Tour, to name a few. He was very active in both Kristofer & Lydias extracurricular activities. Rick was always cheering them on. Rick loved life & lived life to the fullest.
Visitation will be August 24 at 2pm at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville, TX followed by a memorial service at 3pm with Rev. Barbara Morgan officiating. Rick will be interred at McDonald Cemetery in New Summerfield, TX.
Honorary Pallbearers nephews: Scott Tribble & Cody Jones; friends: Albert Croft, Brandon Burns, David Champion, Johnny Croft.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial donations to be made to Cherokee Civic Theater in Rusk, TX; Lake Country Playhouse in Mineola, TX; or Black Rose Theater Company in Brandon, MS.

CITY WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION

Pursuant to Chapter 13.2502 of the Texas Water Code, Liberty City Water
Supply Corporation hereby gives notice that any person who subdivides land by dividing any lot, tract, or parcel of land, within the service area of Liberty City Water Supply Corporation Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 10408 and/or 20151, in Gregg and Smith Counties, into two or more lots or sites for the purpose of sale or development, whether immediate or future, including re-subdivision of land for which a plat has been filed and recorded or requests more than two water or sewer service connections on a single contiguous tract of land must comply with Non-Standard Service Extension Policy (the Subdivision Policy) contained in Liberty City Water Supply Corporations tariff.

Liberty City Water Supply Corporation is not required to extend retail water or sewer utility service to a service applicant in a subdivision where the developer of the subdivision has failed to comply with the Subdivision
Policy.

Among other requirements, applicable elements of the Subdivision include:

Evaluation by Liberty City Water Supply Corporation of the impact a proposed subdivision service extension will make on Liberty City Water Supply Corporations water supply/sewer service system and payment of the costs for this evaluation;

Payment of reasonable costs or fees by the developer for providing water supply/sewer service capacity;

Payment of fees for reserving water supply/sewer capacity;

Forfeiture of reserved water supply/sewer service capacity for failure to pay applicable fees;

Payment of costs of any improvements to Liberty City Water Supply Corporations system that are necessary to provide the water/sewerservice;

Construction according to design approved by Liberty City Water Supply Corporation and dedication by the developer of water/sewer facilities within the subdivision following inspection.
